How to Order
Just follow the steps below to place your order(s), it is really convenient and easy.

2. Kindly wait for our confirmation email with banking details.
3. You can now make your payment following the steps provided.
4. Please send us a notification after payment done.
Once confirm we will proceed with the item shipment by the next posting date. Now you can just wait for your latest and loving products to reach at your doorstep.

2. 我们将回复订购确认信，并附上付款详情。
3. 您可以付款了。
4. 付款后请给予通知。
确认后，您所订购的货品将会在下一个发货期送出。请买家耐心的等待货品送到。

3. First come first serve basis. Payment must be done within 3 days after receive confirmation.

5. All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
6. Colours may be slightly different due to monitor settings & lighting of the photography.
7. All neccesary accessories are included unless stated in the post.
8. All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia before adding postage charges and non-negotiable(for 1-2units)
9. We accept payment via Maybank,CIMB & Public bank only. Details will be given in confirmation letter.
10. You can bank in or transfer the total amount (inclusive of postal charges) to our Maybank,CIMB & Public bank account. You can also make payment transfer via http://www.maybank2u.com.
11. Once payment has been made, item is considered sold. Items sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable. We ensure that items are subjected to strict check before delivery.
12. Products will be delivered using only POSLAJU service for secured shipping.
13. Items will be POSTED on every tuesday or wednesday and will be DELIVERED on every thursday or friday. Payment has to be made before 12.00pm every Sunday. If payment is made after this timing, the delivery will be carry on to the following week.
14. We are not responsible of any damage or lost during shipment
15. For COD area are Sri Petaling(8pm-11pm)
16. Please understand that we are trying to serve u the best, we might not able to reply your mail immediate but we will try to reply your mail as soon as possible.

10. 您可以将总数（包括邮费）过帐到我们的户口，也可以通过 http://www.maybank2u.com 过账。
11. 买家付款后，货品已当作售出。本店不接受任何退款，退货或换货。我们将确定货品的是完好无缺才出货。
12. 我们只使用POSLAJU于邮寄服务。
13. 本店只在每个星期二或星期三发货，货物将会在星期四或星期五收到。买家必须在每个星期日，中午十二时前付款。超过指定时间付款的货品，您的订单将在会延至下个周发货。
14. 我们将不负责于所有在邮寄时发生的损失。
15. 面洽交易只提供于Sri Petaling(8pm-11pm)
16. 请了解我们是不一定能立即答复您的，但我们会竭尽所能尽快给予回复。
17. 本店拥有随时改变条例的权利。
