11. Once payment has been made, item is considered sold. Items sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable. We ensure that items are subjected to strict check before delivery.
12. Products will be delivered using only POSLAJU service for secured shipping.
13. Items will be POSTED on every tuesday or wednesday and will be DELIVERED on every thursday or friday. Payment has to be made before 12.00pm every Sunday. If payment is made after this timing, the delivery will be carry on to the following week.
